Are you someone like me with a ‘To Do’ list that goes on and one for pages and pages? Chances are you feel like you are never really getting anywhere. Well as a part of my ‘Happiness Challenge’ recently I decided to try something different. Now I still have my 3 page to-do list, but at the beginning of each week I pick out the 3 most important things that I want to get done and that, for me, will give me that sense that this week was ‘a success’.
So after using a trusty notebook for a few weeks I asked the lovely Lauren Jennings who creates all of my beautiful work to put together a poster that I could print and laminate so that each week I can remind myself of just what I need to get done that will give me that sense of achievement. How about you give it a go too? And if you are like me and work best with a bit of accountability print off the poster, add your three things and let me know how you go at the end of the week. (And PS- try picking at least 1 fun thing amongst the tedious stuff! It makes it all the more enjoyable.) Clarissa
